View is an auxiliary project design element. Views are used to describe UI-structure of the developed product. It can be sitemap of the website or hierarchy of windows and their states for software application.

Finished or not

In views you can define requirements which affect look and behavior of the view - they are called defining requirements. When all defining requirements are finished (completed or verified - according to requirements' workflow configuration), the view is also considered finished, otherwise - not finished.
